5 Step smartBRAND services designed for national businesses
or larger profile organisations (many employees, national market
exposure, higher risk and more aggressive competitor activity).
Fees range from $1,350 up to $4,520 depending on the clarity
and strength of your marketing strategy (STEP 2) and if you
want our help in determining how to best use your new brand
(STEP 5).
STEP 1
PROJECT BRIEFING – $120.00 + GST
If you are in the Wanganui region, Sway Marketing will visit
you to discuss the benefits of smartBRAND and explain the methods
of brand management. This visit enables a proper brief to be
produced outlining mutual understanding and expectations of
the project.
If you are outside the Wanganui region we arrange for Sway Marketing
to call you and meet your needs over the phone and via email.
From Step 2 onwards, any visits will require our travel costs
to be reimbursed.
STEP 2
SCOPING MEETINGS – $270.00 to $2,620.00 + GST
Sway Marketing will make an appointment that best suits you
to scope the complexity of your branding needs (where you have
come from, what direction you are heading in and what you are
trying to achieve). Sway Marketing provides professional marketing
strategy advice and can best determine how your brand could
link to your strategy. The base fee for this service is $90.00
per hour consultation, with a minimum of 3 hours ($270.00) and
a maximum of 20 hours ($1,800.00) invested in these activities.
If a brand building workshop with your team, stakeholders or
customers is required (often a good idea) this would include
an additional fee of between $460.00 and $820.00 depending on
the number of workshops needed. A strategic report is provided
to you as well as branding recommendations to smartBRAND.
STEP 3
CONCEPT PRESENTATION – $240.00 + GST
From the scoping meetings and the strategy report our graphic
designers will create possible brand concepts. These will be
presented to you by Sway Marketing and smartBRAND designers,
explaining the methods and reasoning for how we came up with
the concepts.
STEP 4
FINAL PRESENTATION – $360.00 + GST
Following on from the concept presentation meeting our designers
will refine and complete your brand transformation. Mock-ups
of company stationery will be presented, along with other possible
branding opportunities.
STEP 5
DELIVERY – $360.00 + GST
(if needed, additional brand placement fee would be $820.00).
When you have your brand sitting exactly where you like it we
will put a brand manual together which ensures the use of your
brand stays consistent and correct. We will also supply you
with working formats of your logo for your own use, and for
other printing and promotional material, which we can also print
and supply. Sway Marketing and smartBRAND will also produce
concepts for how your new brand could be presented and used
to achieve your marketing objectives (promotional design layouts,
location of signage, advertising placements etc). Our fee for
producing a separate brand placement report is $820.00. |
